The Greeting Farm Scrapbook Challenge Sketch

Any Twilight fans out there? I know there are. Only a few more days.... I loved reading the books and the movies are a great excuse to go out with your favorite girlies for a night on the town ;)

When I saw this sentiment from the new TGF SUNSHINE Kit, I thought of Edward sparkling in the sun. So I grabbed some pics from the first Twilight movie and inked up Edward from the Roll Call kit.

I added some Stickles to Edward. I had a hard time taking a pic that showed the sparkles very good. Our Scrapbook Challenge at TGF is a Sketch. I rotated it for my page.

Hope you will join us this week for a chance at a prize! Thanks for stopping by today. I'd love to hear about any special Twilight plans you have?
TownScrapper's Challenge this week is Red & White.

Card w/o a "people" on it!!!!

I needed a "thinking of you" card recently and realized that I only had one in all my STASH of cards. So I need to focus more on thinking of you cards. I wanted to do a card, that was simple and not with a person image on it. This image and sentiment are from The Greeting Farm. I used some of my favorite Basic Grey paper "two scoops" and some stickles (sent to me by the sweetest girl Anna . )

I wanna give a shout out to Clare, she gave me a really sweet award. And I am suppose to tell you 10 things about myself, so here they are:

1) I love being a mom and have 2 really sweet kids
2)Married to my best friend.
3) I love to laugh
4) Besides making cards, I love to scrapbook
5) I like to cook/ bake (I'll post a pic below of My daughter's birthday cupcakes that I made. I call them "Little Pink Lite Delights". White cake, strawberry filling, and homemade buttercream...yes they were as good as they sound)
6) I have a 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
7) I'm close with my family.
8) I love to read, especially Jane Austen
9) I love Smallville and specifically Tom Welling
10) I laugh at my own jokes.

Magical Birthday

I'm a huge fan of the Harry Potter Books. Who isn't, right? No really, leave me a comment if you aren't a fan and I'll convince you why you should be. haha . I have a BIL who is not a fan & I just can't believe it.
Anyways, I love this image from Dog Gone Stamps because it totally reminds me of Dumbledore. When I saw this image I thought of a couple of my friends & family who love HP. I colored with Copics & used my nestabilities. Sentiment is computer generated using HP font. I love this glitter DP. Thanks for stopping by.

Cupcakes--Papertake Weekly

The theme for Papertake Weekly is Spots. Stamp is from Magnolia. DP is DCWV glitter pack. I colored with Copics and added stickles. Sentiment is Stampin Up. The felt embellishment is something I picked up at the dollar store. It came in a pack of 5. I trimmed to fit on the card. Thanks for looking!
