Squiggle Stamps Guest Design Team

I'm so excited to be a guest Designer for Squiggle Stamps this month. I love the fun images. If you haven't seen their images you should go take a look. I used Snowflake Daisy for this card and some Imaginisce paper.

I borrowed the sketch from SFOS and the color combo from Copic Colour Challenge.
I didn't have R85 so I used R46. SSS wanted a Thank you. DD wants to see felt, like my snowflake.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Happy Monday!

TGF but not a digi

So, finally a TGF card but not a digi project. I've really been loving using the fabulous digital kits for scrapbooking projects but have been dying to ink up this new Anya set that has been sitting on my craft spot for weeks and weeks.

I used Dressy Miss Anya and this cottage from Alota. I thought they went perfect together. SSS wants to see some sparkle so I used the pearls and her shoes have a rhine stone on them. Also Copic Colour Challenge wants to see colors R20, YG06, & E33 ( I had to improvize on the YG06 since I don't own it).

Thanks for stopping by today! We had a fabulous Halloween. My kiddies got more candy than they could eat in a year!

Candy Winner

Thanks everyone for all the gorgeous girl names. I definitely saw quite a few names that caught my eye. Hopefully by the time baby comes I will have names narrowed down.

I picked a winner using Random.org. I had 253 entries after I got rid of duplicates.
I don't know how to paste the pic of the random.org box into my blog, so you'll have to take me word for it.
So the winner of my candy is......

19

Tammy
Please send me your address and I'll get this out in the mail to you.

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes!

Boy Journal

A couple weeks ago, I showed a journal I made for my daughter. So, here is the one I made for my boy. He wants to do everything his sister does, so I made him a journal to color in or to have us write in for him. This HH image is one of my very favorites. It might as well be drawn of my little guy. DCRU has a male challenge. PTW wants to see spots and stripes.

Thanks for stopping by today! Hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween! Yesterday it snowed here and hopefully it doesn't snow on Saturday.

The Greeting Farm Christmas Card

Here's a digi Christmas Card I did using TGF Merry Merry Digital Kit. I don't know about you, but I love to get Christmas cards with family pics on them. So I usually do a digi card for Christmas that I send out. This pic is from last year. We just got our family pics taken again for this year. Can't wait to see how they turned out.

So what kind of Christmas card do you usually send out? handmade, store bought, or picture card?

The Greeting Farm - Merry Merry 3

I love non traditional Christmas colors. I used TGF Digi Kit Merry Merry. I'm loving being on a digi scrapping DT. It makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere with my scrapbook pages.

Wanna know a secret? Do you see how I look kinda freaky in this pic? It's because in the original pic one of my eyes was closed so I cropped an open eye from a different pic into this. I know it looks kinda weird. I really wanted to use these pics to scrap a page on this topic, but didn't have one decent pic of myself that didn't have one or both eyes closed or a scary expression. LOL

Thanks for stopping by today.

Witch Shoes

I found this super cute template the other day and had to try it out. It was a really simple pattern and only took a couple minutes to cut and fold. You know how some patterns are like rocket science to figure out? Not this one. It has a pattern for the outside and inside of shoe (Like I did for the purple shoe) but I used a double sided sheet of paper for the others and it works great that way.
Here is the template. CCT theme is Spook.
Thanks for stopping by today

Journal

Last year we started writing in a journal with my then 4 year old daughter. She would dictate what she wanted us to write. It's so cute that she can now start to form words into a sentence by herself. So she writes a few lines herself and then I write the rest for her. The last thing she had me write last night was "I can jump." It was so random that my hubby and I couldn't help but laugh.

I bought a cheap book at the dollar store for her to use. Yesterday I noticed the pages were falling out and so I decided I needed to make her a journal. I used the sketch over at the WofJ Challenge for the cover.

This week OCC wants to see a project inspired by a journal. SS wants to see a school themed project-aka reading. SSS wants to see Red & Green.

Hope you all had a nice Monday!
