The Greeting Farm -Spotlight Kit

Today the Scrapbook challenge at The Greeting Farm, is a color challenge. And we'd love for you to play along!
I decided to do a page of my Hubby. It's pretty rare for me to do a page just with him or just me in it. I kept it pretty simple and tried to make it not look frilly. When we were in Mexico, I had a blast taking pics of all the old architecture. It was so beautiful. I can't wait to go back.
Hope you all are enjoying your week! Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Thinking of You trees

Here is a card I did a while back using a Magnolia accessory stamp. I can always use more Thinking of You cards.

We had a wonderful Christmas at our house. My kiddies are just the perfect age for all the innocence of Christmas. I wish I could freeze time. They were so full of pure joy on Christmas. Today on my list of to-dos is start taking down decorations and get our house back in order. Hope you all had a wonderful Holiday with your family and friends.

Is that a cupcake on your head?

I love this stamp and the name of it, "is that a cupcake on your head". I got a little order from Bella recently and haven't had a chance to ink em up until now. I used the sketch over at Bellariffic Friday Challenge. I always love the sketchs on BFC because my cards turn out so simple. ABC's challenge is Die cuts. Practical Scrappers wants to see shaped punches. DP is DCWV and used some ribbon sent to me by the sweet Anna. And some flowers sent to me by the sweet Kelly. Thanks girlies!
Here's a card My 4 year old made. She's definitely a "more is better" type of girl when it comes to making cards, thus the two images. hehe. There's a challenge at Stamp Scrap & Doodle that is for the little ones and/or adults this week. Wanna play along?

Hope you have a great weekend! Tomorrow is another BSU football game. Yippie!

Nutshell's midsummer new release

Today is a new release from Nutshell's. The set comes with 5 character stamps and 5 accessory stamps. I really love these new images. Hope over to Nutcrafters and take a look at the complete set.

Don't look too close at my stitching, my sewing machine has been on the fritz and my stitches come out all loopy. Since I have no idea how to fix it and since it was a really inexpensive machine, I was thinking about upgrading to a nicer sewing machine. Anyone have suggestions for me on brands, models, etc?

sweet nutshell

Here's a card using a Nutshell stamp. These images are really fun to color. I used the sketch from Friday Sketchers. Dutch Dare is punches/dies and I used my nesties label.

Hope everyone is having a super weekend! We went and saw Harry Potter 6 last night. I liked it and thought it was the best HP movie so far. But I have to say it still can not compare to the book, but that's true for most movies made from books, right? Anyone else see it yet? How did you like it?

I'm a little late jumping on the bandwagon, but I'm starting to really love Bellas. Some of my sweet bloggin friends have send me some images to play with and I'm lovin them.

This week Stamping for the Weekend is 60's songs and this gal is rocking out to all the great songs. And Cute Card Thursday's theme is Tags and I got a sweet tag on this card.

No stitching, can you believe it??? Doesn't happen often.
