Here's a card I did using a new Dog Gone Stamp. I really deckled up the edges. Is that the right word? Distressed the edges? Any ways I took the edge of my scissors to them. I love the effect.

You know how I said, lately I'm lovin the Sketch Challenge? Well I used A Spoon Full of Sugar's Sketch this week. I love that it makes it really easy to make a card. But I also love a theme challenge, cause it allows you to get really creative. Papertake Weekly's Challenge is to make a Match, so I made this little tag to go along with the card. The baseball glove & ball are from SU Toy Box. One of my all time favorite SU sets. What's your favorite SU set?

Yippie Ki Yay- Happy Valentine's Day

I made this card to send to my brother for Valentines. Sentiment is computer Generated. I have no idea what the paper is, it has been in my stash for a while. Also I pulled this wire mesh out of my stash and decided to use on the card.

CCT challenge is to use metal, so I incorporated this mesh into my card. I'm going to be a guest designer for Cute Card Thursday coming up, which is so cool. When I told my husband, he looked at me like I was nuts. I tried to explain challenge blogs, but he totally didn't get what it was and why I was excited. He's a lovely supportive husband, I just think I should not try to give him all the details. Ya know what I mean?

Also, Dutch Dare's Challenge is a love card without red & pink. Technically I used a burgandy, which is a shade of red, but not plain red. So, it should work.
I told you I like to double up on the challenges that let you. I get to make cards maybe once a week, so I love when I can double up.

Spoon Full of Sugar New Years Callenge

This week's challenge at Spoon Full of Sugar is a New Years Card. I didn't think I had anything to use for this, but I found this Magnolia image a friend had sent me and I think it fits perfect. I love the high heels Tilda is wearing. DP is Chatterbox with coordinating brads & corner stickers. It's hard to see from pic, but image is flat to card with DP raised with pop dots to give the card dimension.

It was fun to join this challenge, as I would normally not make a new years card!

New Fall Magnolia's

I ordered the Fall Stamp Club from Magnolia and was not disappointed. I had so much fun play with all these new stamps. This card fits for Cute Card Thursday Challenge. Tilda is so sweet gathering ???? To be honest I am not sure what she and Edwin are collecting but evidently it is something edible because I noticed that the Theme for the Cute Card Thursday challenge is Food and someone used this image. I used some scrap DP and a really cute ribbon set I picked up with coordinating colors. I embossed the leaves on card stock using versa mark and used stampin up crystal clear embossing powder. This leaf comes in the fall set. So Cute.
