Little Monster

Have you heard of Design to Color?  It’s a new magazine all about coloring!  DTC has a challenge going on to use Washi Tape so I made this card for that challenge. I have been collecting washi tape for a year or so and love the look of the stuff but haven’t used it on many projects yet. I love how this turned out!
