No I’m not talking about celebrities. I have a serious “thing” for stars. As evidence, here are a few pics of the star decor in my house. It’s something about the points and the even, proportionate look to a star. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a primitive, less proportionate star too.
And here are some stars on my craft projects.
The other day I was itching to repurpose something. So I went to the Thrift Store and found this star wreath for $3.
Nice because of all these cute stars but a little old fashion looking to me and obviously a Christmas Decoration.
So I whipped out my paints and changed the red to a more vibrant version and pulled out some aqua. Then I added some burlap ties. And viola a Memorial Day/4th of July wreath that I love and makes me smile when I see it.
I'm linking up to Tatertots and Jello Weekend Wrap Party. & Somewhat Simple.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

Jacilynn, I also have a thing for stars. My obsession started 4 years ago while in PEI, and getting extra large stars home on the plane was a challenge, but well worth the effort!!
Your star wreath will make everyone smile when they come to your door.
