Mother's Day Air Freshener

Here's a little air freshener I made for Mother's Day. These can be hung in your car, to keep it smelling sweet! I have a tutorial at the end of this post with instructions.

I have 3 sisters and 2 sister in laws, 2 Mother's, a Grandma, and a handful of friends to say Happy Mother's Day to. So, I love an easy project that you can reproduce.

I love this fairy from TGF. I used the tiniest scrap of Basic Grey paper. The tags are cut from Classic Sizzix Tag die. I know I'm so retro. Over at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge the theme is Mom's and since this is a Mother's day gift here's my entry.

Here is an air freshener I did for a Jessica Lynn Original Challenge. This past week was the 135 Kentucky Derby. Go Here to read about the Derby and the challenge. Also, combined this project with a couple other challenges. Spoon Full of Sugar's theme this week is blue and green. Cupcake Craft Challenge is to use numbers on your project.

Now for the details:

Cut 2 tags. I used Sizzix original red die.

Sew around 3 sides of the tag, leaving the 4th open to fill with air freshener.

I bought scented granules and filled the inside of the tag. You can get creative with this. There are a few things you can add to make this scented. Sew up the 4th side of the tag and decorate!
