I wanted to introduce you to Xpress It tape if you haven't already tried it. I have personally been using Xpress It tape for a few months now and have had great success with it. It was the perfect thing to attach my fence on this card. I use it to adhere my background papers to my cards. Here's a picture of what it looks like in case you've never seen it before. It comes in a roll and seems to last forever. I especially love that I can cut off strips of as much or as little as I want and love that it sticks well.

These colors make me happy! That paper is so pretty! Love it! And such a sweet girl there! Gives me a spring feeling and I could use that, 'cause I arrived at home through rain and hail, all wet and cold... This card makes it better!!!! Thank you!
